За ініціативи Meet аnd Code з 18 по 29 вересня у Національній бібліотеці України для дітей пройшов курс «Хочу стати блогером».

For two weeks, four classes were held for children and teenagers aged 10 to 14 on the topic "Your own content in social networks. Rules of creation and promotion". During this time, the children gained theoretical knowledge and at the same time consolidated the learned material in practice. We learned about the most important subtleties of the work of a blogger, which can be used in the future to create and distribute their own content among users of social networks.
The speakers of the course were professionals in the blog field. Lilia Kulikovska, a book blogger and literary editor, taught the course participants how to make an effective post on Instagram better and more productively. TV presenter Serhiy Stepaniuk visited the library to share his television and blogging experience with the course participants. With the help of the popular blog "Diaries of Hope", Serhiy answers important questions through the prism of the biblical perspective. Oksamytka Blazhevska, writer, book blogger, founder of the book club "Oksamytki", teacher of book blogging at the information and creative agency "UN-PRESS" of the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth, Oksamytka Blazhevska, told how to write a review of a book so that it interests subscribers and how to build a composition in the style flatlay, so that the photo spread across the Internet, and the post became viral.
Of course, there was no homework that had to be done to get the Certificates. Those who wished made a post on Instagram with a post about the library, their favorite book and tagged trainer Liliya Kulikovska. Serhii Stepaniuk, as a TV presenter, invited the participants to shoot a video on a topic of their choice and share it on social networks. But Oksamytka Blazhevska encouraged everyone to write a review of her favorite book with an original photo in flatlay style.
The final meeting of the "I want to become a blogger" course was quite active with a practical task. During the meeting, together with the course leader Yevhen Hrabovsky, the participants summarized the amount of knowledge they had acquired, analyzed and discussed the material they had learned.
After completing four classes, the participants received Certificates of completion of the "I want to become a blogger" course, and the most active participants received incentive gifts. Everyone could also participate in the event online — the broadcast took place on library YouTube channel.
