Despite the fact that the work of the English-language library studio "English Without Limits" was completely transferred to the online format and all classes were held on the ZOOM platform, the young participants liked both this idea and the process so much that it was decided to continue work of the studio for at least another six months.
More than 200 children from all over Ukraine have registered for its activities, more than 100 of them have become active and regular participants of classes. These are children not only from Kyiv, but also from such cities as Kharkiv, Kremenchuk, Lviv, Poltava, Lubny, Dnipro, Rivne, and also from such towns and villages as Shiryaeve, Bushtyno, Zimne, Zarichne, etc. Students learned a lot of new and interesting information about the English language. In ten months, the students read a collection of children's American classics, which were awarded the Caldecott Medal. And this is more than 50 books! The fund of the National Library of Ukraine for children has been replenished with a large number of incredibly interesting and informative books in English! The holidays are coming to an end and soon the studio will resume its work.
