On April 6 and 7, the All-Ukrainian festival "ROBOfirst - more than robots" took place at the "Ukrainian House" MCC (Kyiv).
Schoolchildren from all over Ukraine solved the physical and social problems that a person faces during a long stay outside the Earth. Participants of the scientific and educational group "Robotics", in particular the team "Cosmodron", took part in a festival of this scale for the first time and were solemnly awarded in the nomination "The most creative solution"!
The theme of the 2018-2019 season is "MISSION: THE MOON". Our Cosmodron team researched and solved the problems of human life on Earth's satellite. We built a LEGO model and created a poster that reflected everything the group learned during the season. And, of course, they shared their work with other festival participants. During the presentation of their space mission, the little explorers were full of energy and determination, and therefore gave their all while presenting their team.
The program of the festival was very rich. In the cosmozones, you could learn about space, immerse yourself in the bright world of interplanetary space. Interactive zones, board games, workshops, entertainment from partners, lectures and, of course, LEGO! And there were robot races and real robot battles. We proved that learning can be really interesting!
