Happy parents - happy children! Could it be otherwise? On January 30, the new project "Psychonavigator" was launched in the library, the main goal of which is educational art-therapeutic work with adult readers - parents, grandparents and other relatives of young visitors to fairy-tale therapy classes.
The topic of our first meeting was music therapy. If you still think that it is limited only to listening to music, we assure you - it is not so... We tried several therapeutic techniques that will be useful for both parents and children. Relaxation, interaction and a good mood created by imagining to music, dance movements and making music with your own body! Yes, it is him, because our body is a wonderful musical instrument that we always have with us.
They talked about their own feelings, how Pythagoras combined music with mathematics, why music can affect the human body, what the New Age is, about the association of music therapists of Ukraine and much more. We did not pass by the psychotherapeutic project of Kateryna Yehorushkina and Stepan Nederitsa, because it is their books in combination with music discs that are in the art department.
The "Psychonavigator" program is a joint service of the arts department and the psychological service of the library, which is carried out according to the principle of parallelism, that is, activities for parents and children take place at the same time, but in different locations.
Today, while the mothers in the art department were engaged in music therapy, the preschoolers watched the interactive puppet ECO show "The Boar is Brawling", and then in the psychologist's office they participated in various educational activities.
