In the National Library of Ukraine for Children, with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, as part of the implementation of the "Mental Health for Ukraine" project, a new library space "Cozy World of Childhood" was opened, the purpose of which is social adaptation, psychological rehabilitation and promoting the integration of IDP children into the new environment.
This creative space was created for development, training, communication, providing support and assistance, mitigating the consequences of the war in Ukraine for affected families. It provides access to the best library resources, creates conditions for conducting bibliotherapy activities, supporting the mental health of young and adult users.
The new room is divided into locations for various activities, has special furniture in cozy relaxation corners, many books and interactive materials.
